Budget hand controls for disabled drivers are available as well, and child seats and satellite navigation systems can be requested. There is no charge to become a Fastbreak member, and it is not a contract of any form. All members of this program enjoy faster and more convenient reservations, rentals and returns, and may even be able to take advantage of certain discounted car rental rates. This airport is one of Budget’s Fastbreak locations, where Fastbreak counter service is available. All persons registered on the rental contract should be present to collect the vehicle, and will require a form of identification other than a drivers license. These cars can be hired by their specific makes and models, rather than just by category. A debit card may also not be used if renting a Street Fleet vehicle. If a debit card is used, it must be one with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Cards accepted include American Express, Diner’s Club Int’l, Visa, MasterCard, Sears, PHH, Discover and AT & T Capital. Regardless of age, however, all renters will need a major credit card in their name in order to hire a vehicle. They have other restrictions as well, such as limited vehicle categories, and they may not use a debit card at the start of the rental period. International flights arrive from areas in Canada, Europe and Mexico. Terminal 2 is used for international flights, and Terminal 1 handles many of the airport’s domestic flights. It serves one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, and handles over 16 million passengers per annum. The airport is recognised by its code of SAN, and it has another name as well, the Lindbergh Field Airport. San Diego International Airport is a focus city for the airline companies Southwest Airlines and Alaska Airlines, and is rated as the twenty-eighth busiest airport in the United States of America.
